Cambodia is the third largest dollar asset country and also the only country in Southeast Asia that uses US doolar as the trading currency. 3. Freehold Property, No Inheritance Tax
Since 2010, Cambodia introduced 《Foreigner Holding Property Rights》 which opened the door for foreigners to own properties in Cambodia. Also, there is no inheritance tax in Cambodia and the transfer title tax in Cambodia is only 4% of the value of the property.
